I did Gallant without the medicine ball. I had about an half hour to train and wanted to make I would finish the workout.

For time:
Run 1 mile 
60 Burpee pull-ups
Run 800 meters 
30 Burpee pull-ups
Run 400 meters 
15 Burpee pull-ups
