Wendler cycle 7 , week 2 Deadlift
Deadlift 170x5, 215x5, 257.5x3, 300x3, 342.5x3, 386x3
I don't think I could have lifted a 4th rep today. But 386x3 is equal to my all time 3RM but with 10 # bodyweight less.
Deadlift 5x10 at 215
